Welcome to the BSO – Business Services Office website.
We are a group of highly dynamic, creative and talented people, ready to go that extra mile to create first class services for our customers. It’s our employees that make BSO a great place to work, and the reason why our clients choose to work with us on their most challenging projects. This is the basis on which our successful and innovative reputation is based.
We have created BSO to facilitate other businesses’ work, not only in Lebanon, but in all Middle East area. Today I am proud to say that we have achieved this challenging goal in so many differentiating and effective ways and countries.
When we say we are a support for your business, we mean it. Through decades of experience and IATA certificate, we’ve become one of the few companies in Lebanon who can offers you six different services in many different fields, which are not only the back bone of BSO, but also the trigger of our growth into new challenges. Our main differentiators are based on constant innovation and the customer care. Owing to such mindset, we have confidently marched towards new market and service expansions; successfully proved ourselves in Recruitment, HR Outsourcing services, Travel and Tourism, Event Management, Insurance, Real Estate; expanded our brand name to become a group company with three branches in different areas in Lebanon and soon we will be opening our first branch in Egypt.

Our History

January 14, 1988 was the starting point of Business Services Office to take off from his home town in Bikfaya, El Metn. The founder, Nabil Sebaaly, was at the peak of his enthusiasm after graduation and very passionate about the Travel and Insurance services he initiated then. Not long after, when BSO on May 1, 1991 obtained the IATA certificate / license, which was essential in boosting the travel business and marked the first success initiative for his business. In 1996 his ambition to expand his business found its way to the city, and another office was established in Freeway Center, Sin El Fil, Beirut, to increase BSO’s operations with Recruitment, Outsourcing and Event Management services. Short time later, his third branch in Mtayleb opened its door in 19XX, to swell the services and add Insurance and Real Estate department.
